Pursuing holistic service in the Middle East

P. & K. E.  desire to see whole-person and community transformation in the Arabic-speaking world.

During their high school years, both had several cross-cultural experiences through service trips to other countries. These experiences proved life-forming, as each realized that not everyone in the world lived like they did, and that through serving others, one can impact individuals, villages and even peoples. They have spent the last 20 years living and serving in a world-class city where they have  been interacting almost daily with people from many nations.

In this urban setting, P. & K. E. have worked with terminally-ill young adults, tutored children, and raised awareness of global issues. Much of their time is spent mentoring and counseling high school students from various backgrounds. More recently they have worked with fair trade to promote  economic, social and spiritual health among poor communities in several countries.  

In brief, P. & K. E. work to see various cultural streams and individual passions work together for the physical and spiritual transformation of those with whom they share their lives. (Due to potential security risks, P. & K. E must keep a low public profile.)
